I was born in Czechoslovakia and lived 1/2 of my life in small town. I seen light and got to states as 20 years old. I lived in New York for many years then move to New Jersey but still worked in New York in Retail as a sales then in Commercial Real Estate first as a assistant few years later as management services , consultation, correspondence, scheduling, account receivables, rentals then finished my first Real Estate Licence in New York but shortly after we moved to Florida. Moving to Florida the other side of heaven was very appealing idea. I learned in New York that contracts are coordinated and closed always with attorneys that part was easy so I finishing 2nd licence it was ideal, working part time or full time if there is a need. Difference is that in Florida every step is coordinate by Realtors and at times by attorney if there is a need. Helping friends and families to start a new life. A very appealing idea and very rewording too to share a very special part as buying their home or selling their house.
